Eventboost

Eventboost is an event management platform for planning, promoting, running and reviewing events. It covers the whole cycle, starting with attendee sign-up and moving through badge printing and check-in to reporting once the event is over.

What Eventboost offers

• Registration and websites — event websites and forms, with automated, personalised email sequences from save-the-date through to post-event follow-up.
• Seating management — assigns seats and manages floor plans for events from small dinners to large conferences.
• Flexible check-in — attendees can check in by QR code, NFC badge, name lookup or kiosk, with attendee records updated live.
• Voting and polling — live polls, audience questions and certified, auditable voting for AGMs and other formal institutional votes.
• Matchmaking — an interest-based feature for connecting attendees with each other.

Who it works with

Eventboost serves event organisers running conferences, dinners and institutional meetings of varying sizes; the company states it has joined forces with Shocklogic.
