Epicflow

Epicflow is Dutch software for managing several projects, and the people working on them, at once. It applies machine learning and predictive analytics so that organisations can plan work and share out resources across a portfolio.

What Epicflow offers

• Automatic scheduling — prioritises projects and tasks using predictive analytics.
• Bottleneck detection — uses AI-driven simulations to spot bottlenecks in real time.
• Resource allocation — matches team members to tasks based on competencies, attributes, capacity and availability.
• What-if analysis — lets managers try out a change to a project and see its likely effect before deciding.
• Future load graph — forecasts resource demand and flags bottlenecks ahead of time.
• Pipeline view — gives a real-time, change-sensitive overview of an entire multi-project environment.

Who it works with

Organisations managing multiple concurrent projects that need to plan and allocate shared resources.
