Entelo

Entelo is a recruiting product that now sits within Rival, the HR technology suite run by SilkRoad Technology. Existing Entelo customers still sign in to their recruiting accounts, while ConveyIQ, a candidate communication tool, has joined the same group.

• Recruiting accounts — continued access to Entelo for sourcing and hiring.
• Candidate communication — ConveyIQ handles messaging with applicants.
• ROSI AI agent — Rival's built-in agent supports hiring, content writing and insights.
• Configurable workflows — self-service processes with automation across the employee lifecycle.
• Analytics — links activity such as sourcing and onboarding to results like hire quality and onboarding completion.
