Duke Systems

Duke Systems is a Queensland software business that develops AEC Hub, a cloud platform for managing CAD and BIM project data. Its earlier web address no longer responds, and the company now presents itself through AEC Hub, which plugs into desktop design tools so teams can reach shared files without switching applications.

Services

• Design application integration: a tab inside AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks that opens project data directly.
• Common data environment: work-in-progress, shared, published and archived areas for each project, with a BS 1192 approval workflow and role-based permissions following ISO 19650.
• Cloud viewing and plotting: Autodesk's APS platform displays many file formats and runs plots, saving the results to the hub.
• Title block data: drawing information captured automatically so sheets can be searched and updated without being opened.
• Transmittals and progress: files issued to stakeholders with responses requested, and progress tracked against milestones.

Who it serves

Design offices and project teams in architecture, engineering and construction, particularly those without in-house IT support.
