Cutover

Cutover is a software platform for coordinating the many human and automated tasks behind major technology events. It is aimed at large enterprises that need to see who is doing what while a release, a migration or an incident is under way.

What Cutover offers

• Runbooks — task-based plans that track each step of a complex event and who owns it.
• Recover — orchestration of disaster recovery and resilience testing, replacing manual spreadsheets and weekend conference calls.
• Respond — coordination and visibility for teams working a live incident, to shorten the time to resolution.
• Dashboards — self-serve views so stakeholders can follow progress without interrupting the team.
• AI agents and automation — automation of repetitive tasks inside a runbook.
• Integrations — a REST API and ready connections to other IT operations tools.

Who it works with

Large enterprises, with financial services firms and investment companies among the customers it describes. It also runs a customer community for peer support.
