CollectiveCrunch

CollectiveCrunch applies artificial intelligence to forestry. It collects climate, geographic and process data and analyses it to produce forest inventories and predictions.

Its models rely on country-specific lidar and satellite data, so no extra sampling is needed on the ground.

What CollectiveCrunch offers

• Forest inventory — estimates of yields across large forest areas.
• Bark beetle detection — maps areas hit by infestation.
• Biodiversity index — shows a forest's condition from a biodiversity view.
• Scout — assessment of land or timber before a purchase.
• Storm damage detection — maps wind-felled forest from satellite images, even under snow.

Who it works with

Forest owners, sawmills, cities and municipalities. The products connect to common forest management systems.
