Collaboris

Collaboris builds DocRead, which adds policy distribution and read tracking to an organisation's existing SharePoint or Microsoft 365 setup. Rather than leaving documents in shared folders and chasing staff by email, it sends policies to the right people and records who has read and accepted them. The company is based in the United Kingdom.

Products and services

• Automated distribution: sends policies and procedures to target groups with automatic reminders.
• Acknowledgment tracking: live view of who has and has not read and confirmed each document.
• Audit evidence: produces verifiable records of compliance for audits.
• SharePoint Server edition: works on premises within existing libraries, permissions and version control.
• Microsoft 365 edition: a cloud version that integrates with the organisation's tenant without data migration.

Clients

Organisations already using SharePoint or Microsoft 365 that need to prove staff have received and accepted policies, replacing spreadsheet tracking.
