Checkmate.Digital

Checkmate.Digital runs design sprints, a short structured process for testing a product idea with real users before building it. The firm works with teams starting a product or reworking an existing one.

What Checkmate.Digital offers

• Design Sprint — a four-day process that defines the challenge, sketches many solutions, votes on them, builds a clickable prototype and tests it with target users.
• Prototype testing — feedback from five to ten real users shows what works and what does not.
• Iteration Sprint — an extra week to keep refining the product after the first sprint.
• Development handover — the client gets the full Figma design file to pass to developers.

Who it works with

Start-ups and product teams who want a tested prototype, including founders who need something tangible to show investors.
