BeatSwitch

BeatSwitch builds software that music festival teams use to plan and run their events. The platform handles artist management, production scheduling and accreditation, and the company gives Playa del Carmen in Mexico as its location.

What BeatSwitch offers

• Artist planning tool — organises the logistics around a festival's line-up of performers.
• Production and credentials system — tracks production tasks and manages who is accredited for which areas.
• Festival app framework — a base for building mobile apps for festivals that run on more than one platform.
• Ticketing integrations — pulls attendee records from Weezevent and Eventbrite so guests can be scanned at the gate with those apps.
• Timetable builder — helps organisers put together the running order for stages.
• Demo on request — festivals weighing up the software can book a trial walkthrough.
