Archbee

Archbee is a platform for writing, organising and publishing documentation. It began as a fast wiki for team knowledge and now describes itself as a knowledge portal product. The company says it is backed by Y Combinator.

Products and services

• Knowledge portals: searchable sites that can be published on a customer's own domain.
• Branching: edit content in isolation, review it, then merge, much like Git.
• Docs-as-code support: works with GitHub and GitLab workflows.
• Variables: change a value once and it updates everywhere.
• Publishing controls: sharing and access settings, plus custom CSS and blocks.
• Use cases: playbooks, onboarding material, meeting notes and product docs.

Clients

Technical and product teams that need to answer questions from colleagues and customers. The site states that thousands of companies use it, and one showcased portal belongs to Cross River.
