Alaya

Alaya began in Switzerland as an employee engagement platform through which companies ran volunteering, donations and small positive actions for staff. Benevity, a corporate purpose software firm founded in Calgary in 2008, bought it in 2021 to add volunteering and micro-action features, and Alaya SA became Benevity SA in Geneva on 20 February 2023. The service now lives inside Benevity's Enterprise Impact Platform.
