Active8 Software

Active8 Software made point-of-sale software for trampoline parks, climbing gyms, indoor obstacle courses and family entertainment centres. Founded in 2016 in Lewisville, Texas, it was bought by ROLLER in June 2022, and the combined business now trades as ROLLER. The active8software.com domain forwards to ROLLER's site.

• Guest sales — through ROLLER: web ticket sales, tills, self-serve kiosks, gift cards and card payments.
• Memberships and parties — membership plans, party bookings and a built-in loyalty programme.
• Waivers and access — digital waivers with access control at the door.
• Operations — CRM, guest surveys, reporting and management of several venues from one account.
• AI tools — an always-on chat for guest questions and bookings, and the ROLLER iQ insights feature.
