Accelevents

Accelevents is a US event management platform that runs registration, check-in, badges, agendas, exhibitors and a mobile app from one system. It is built for event teams that want to tailor their events without juggling several separate tools, and it supports in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.

What Accelevents does

• Registration: custom sign-up journeys that collect exactly the data an organiser needs.
• Onsite check-in and badges: attendees check themselves in and print their own badges.
• Agenda and speaker management: tools for building complex schedules and handling many speakers.
• Exhibitor and sponsor management: workflows and a self-service resource centre for exhibitors, plus lead capture.
• Mobile event app: lets attendees manage their event, network and take part.
• Virtual event hub: live streaming and on-demand access to sessions.

Who it works with

Conference organisers, trade show teams, field marketing programmes, associations and enterprise event teams. The company also helps organisations switch from another event platform, and one customer describes much shorter check-in queues at a Las Vegas show.
