Zalmotek

Zalmotek is a team of hardware engineers and software developers that builds working hardware prototypes from early sketches. Its site now emphasises AI running on edge devices. The team grew up in the open-source hardware community and offers consulting as well as engineering.

What Zalmotek offers

• Electronics: assessment of prototypes, proof-of-concept builds from ready-made modules, PCB design, soldering and testing.
• Embedded work: Arduino and Raspberry Pi projects, Atmel microcontrollers and embedded Linux.
• Programming: C++ and Python, including microcontroller code.
• Rapid prototyping: 3D printing, CNC and laser cutting, and enclosure design.
• Product development: alpha prototypes and working MVPs ready for assembly.
• Edge AI: solutions on microcontroller, microprocessor and AI accelerator hardware.
