Daxx

Daxx is a remote team augmentation service for companies that need extra software engineers or a whole new development team. The listing's website now leads to the global team service of Grid Dynamics, and earlier listing text also presented the offer under that name. Clients share their requirements and are matched with a team of pre-screened engineers.

What Daxx offers

• Team extension — adding experienced engineers to an in-house development unit to cover skills gaps.
• Dedicated remote teams — building a new remote development team from scratch.
• Flexible staffing — growing or shrinking the team as the project scope and stage change.
• Delegated product development — handing over product development so the client can focus on priorities and results.
• Administration — handling the legal and administrative side of setting up a remote team.

Who it works with

The service is aimed at companies that struggle to hire developers locally, need specialist skills for a product, or want to reduce development costs while keeping quality. Client comments mention developers based in Ukraine and a customer called Widget Brain.
