In addition to Meera serving an advisor to Mars on product innovation, she and her husband, Ashok, have recently incorporated MAV Holdings Pte  (“MAVH”) in Singapore whose charter is to incubate a global research center combined with an accelerator and advisory services with the goal of bringing food and agri based wellness solutions to the market Our portfolio companies will tremendously benefit from Meera’s acumen and guidance including Rocana’s partnership with MAVH across many areas

Douglas Daft joined the Coca-Cola Company in 1969 in the Sydney, Australia office He subsequently held various positions, residing in Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Atlanta USA

He was appointed president and COO in 1999 and was elected chairman, board of directors and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company in February, 2000 He served in these capacities until retiring in 2004

He has served as a director of Keurig Green Mountain Coffee, McGraw Hill, Suntrust, Sistema-Hals and Wal-Mart He was a member of the European Advisory Council of NM Rothschild and is a member of the Advisory Board of Longreach Inc, a Japan based PE group

He received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of New England and a post-graduate Diploma in Administration from the University of New South Wales He holds honorary doctorates from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management and from the University of New South Wales

Sameer Vaswani is a serial entrepreneur adept at setting up businesses from scratch, including building teams and brands, organizational development, HR management, sales & marketing, international trade & logistics, crisis management, and full scale food manufacturing and management systems (HACCP & FSSC) As a professionally trained chef, his first venture was an Asian fusion restaurant in London before starting a confectionary business that manufactured and sold the Haansbro range of confectionary products Having built a household brand and amassing sales of $150M, the business was sold to United Biscuits (U K ) Ltd in a two stage takeover between 2014-2016 His new venture, Prodigy Snacks Ltd brings healthier confectionary choices to the U K /EU markets He is also a founder of One Pro Nutrition, which brings a range of clean sports nutrition products to the active consumer set Sameer is also involved as investor and advisor to a handful of consumer wellness brands in the UK and US
