I founded Harrison Metal in 2006 and now manage our portfolio of privately-held technology stocks and teach classes in business administration for up-and-coming leaders The class content comes from my work as a general manager (1990 - 2006) and as Consulting Associate Professor at Stanford University (2006 - 2014, teaching new product development, entrepreneurial management, and basics of finance in the School of Engineering)

Prior to Harrison Metal and Stanford, I spent six-and-a-half years at eBay, with tours of duty in category management, corporate strategy, product marketing, and finally as Senior Vice President & General Merchandise Manager for eBay com Before eBay, I worked at Industrial Shoe Warehouse, The Walt Disney Company, Filene’s Basement, and Bain & Company I earned an AB in Economics with a focus in economic history from Brown University, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School
