Investing for Impact in the Colorado River Basin In October of 2015 Encourage, working with its partners at Culp and Kelly LLC and The Walton Foundation, produced a groundbreaking report entitled Liquid Assets: Investing for Impact in the Colorado River Basin Since then, we have been working with Culp & Kelly LLC and Trout Unlimited to take some of the recommendations of this report and make them real on the ground This report summarizes some of the lessons learned and findings of that work It details some of the twists, turns, and pivots that are needed when trying to turn theory into practice
