Sector Smart Angel Investor(s)

– The Angel CoFund works alongside syndicates of angels with relevant sector and investment experience who are performing reasonable due diligence prior to investment – The Delta Fund is able to accelerate the investment process where angels have deeper sector knowledge and are making significant investments – The Angel CoFund requires a syndicate of at least 3 sector smart angel investors including a lead providing at least £40,000 in tothe round – The Delta Fund requires a lead investor with deep sector experience to provide at least £70,000 in to the round – Both the Delta Fund and the Angel CoFund will only make equity investments alongside Angels who have not participated in previous rounds – Both funds will invest via the same or aligned share classes with other investors participating in the round – The focus on all investments should be capital growth rather than income
