College Office

College Office is a cloud-based student information management system for higher education. It is designed for institutions that are just starting out or are relatively small, rather than for very large universities.

What College Office offers

• Student information management — keeps records of students and their courses in one online system.
• Cloud delivery — runs online, so an institution does not need to host its own server.
• Active-student counting — the supplier bases its charging on how many students are active in a calendar year.

Who it works with

The system is suited to start-up and smaller institutions, with roughly 10 to 1,000 students. Anyone who takes at least one course in the calendar year counts as an active student.
