FileFlex

FileFlex is a remote data access, sharing and collaboration product from Qnext. Its Enterprise edition adds zero trust controls to files where they already sit, so nothing has to be moved or copied.

What FileFlex does

• Unified access: one view across on-premises storage, cloud, SharePoint, FTP and NAS.
• Zero trust data access: least-privilege and just-in-time rules applied to individual files.
• Audit logging: real-time records of every file transaction.
• Virtual data rooms: governed spaces for sensitive work such as mortgage approvals and M&A.
• VPN and FTP replacement: a way to retire older remote access and file transfer tools.
