Zonifero

Zonifero is an office management system that supports everyday workplace routines. Staff use the app to see a map of the office, check which rooms are free and book them. The company website was not readable, so this profile rests on the description stored for it.

What Zonifero offers

• Office map — a map with details of the spaces.
• Room booking — shows availability and lets users reserve rooms.
• Room usage data — links to motion sensors for live information on how rooms are used.
• People finder — each employee has a default location, and with consent the app can show their current position using Bluetooth beacons.
• Issue reporting — users can report problems and suggest improvements to the office.
• Notifications — messages sent to users or groups of users.

Key facts

• Positioning technology: Bluetooth beacons, with other methods planned
