ENEO Cameroon partnered with Infas Middle East, an authorized Fotopia reseller to create a complete digital transformation plan that involved creating a document management system, content automation hierarchy, content workflows and a customizable search engine for their ECM

All documents were scanned using FotoCapture and migrated to SharePoint attached with the right metadata which significantly enhanced document size and resolution
FotoCapture was provided with full integration with SharePoint features
FotoGnize was provided as the main OCR engine for the documents so every scan is converted to a complete full-text searchable file
Web-based document preview with all metadata, and using FotoView with full collaboration features
A customized search engine was provided using FotoFind to ensure every document is fully searchable with customized filters

Replacing the legacy manual document handling with a complete enterprise content management system that included Microsoft SharePoint, FotoCapture, FotoGnize, FotoView, and FotoFind ensured that ENEO employees can capture information easily, collaborate on documents, search and find any content in seconds and have a safe and secured archiving system in place under Microsoft SharePoint
