Upon completion of each project, Illustria shall transfer all ownership rights of the project to you Illustria reserves the right to display and showcase projects in our portfolios for display purposes only, after the project has been released to the public

When you approve any project deliverables, you are approving the deliverables in its current form with no guarantees, including any potential errors and mistakes that were unnoticed by you and Illustria employees Any changes to an already approved project may be subject to extra charges

If there are any materials used in the project that involved ownership of such materials by a third party (such as, but not limited to, stock photos), it is your responsibility to attain the rights and/or licenses to use such materials

You agree that Illustria assumes no liability and does not make any warranties over dissatisfaction resulting from our creative services, given the subjective nature of graphic design and the creative field Illustria provides hours of creative services, not guaranteed or promised results, and only guarantees that it will make best and reasonable efforts to complete design projects to your satisfaction You are not entitled to any refund, nor are you able to hold Illustria liable, when we have made such best and reasonable efforts

You agree that Illustria assumes no liability and does not make any warranties over dissatisfaction resulting from our engineering and any other business consulting services Illustria provides time to use services, not guaranteed or promised results, and only guarantees that it will make best and reasonable efforts to complete projects to your satisfaction You are not entitled to any refund, nor are you able to hold Illustria liable, when we have made such best and reasonable efforts

Requesting and Completing Projects Request for projects are required to be made online through Illustria's online management platform, for communication and recording purposes Any estimates made of estimated hours billed or estimated dates of delivery are only estimates, and are not guarantees of such Illustria will attempt to meet all estimates and/or communicate any changes to the estimates through its online management platform

Illustria does not guarantee that all project requests will be accepted We will notify you of approval or otherwise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs

You are responsible for any post-production needs that are outside of the scope of the project deliverables after the project has been approved

Account & Service Charges You are responsible for all charges associated with your account and the Services on your account, no matter who adds or uses the Services Charges include, but are not limited to, the monthly recurring charges, usage charges, charges for additional services, taxes, surcharges, and fees associated with your Services

How We Calculate Your Time For Billing Purposes For our design plans, we reserve the right to round hours deducted up to half-hour intervals based on the specific project requirements Hours will be deducted after a project quote is approved

For our engineering plans, we reserve the right to round days deducted up to quarter-day intervals based on the specific project requirements Days will be deducted after a project quote is approved

Subscription charges occur at the beginning of each monthly bill cycle, and your selected payment method will be automatically charged on this date It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription or to inform us of your intent to cancel before the first day of your monthly billing cycle

Any charges in addition to your monthly subscription will be charged as they accrue and will appear on your monthly invoice

Late Payments and Fees Payment is due in full on the first day of your monthly billing cycle If we do not receive payment in full by this date, a late payment charge, which may be charged at the highest rate permissible by law, may be applied to the total unpaid balance We may also charge you any costs we pay to a collection agency to collect unpaid balances from you You may be charged additional fees for certain methods of payment We may charge you, up to the highest amount permitted by law, for returned checks or other payments paid by you and denied for any reason by a financial institution

If we do not receive payment by the end of the 5th day of your billing cycle, we may also temporarily suspend your subscription until payment is made in full

Refunds, Cancellations, and Termination You can terminate your subscription at any time by notifying us and requesting that we deactivate all Services If you are subject to a contract, you may be charged all or part of an Early Termination Penalty You are responsible for all charges billed or incurred prior to deactivation If your subscription is terminated before the end of your invoicing cycle, we will not prorate charges to the date of termination and you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused hours

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will be able to finish any ongoing projects, provided that you have enough time remaining You will not be able to request any new projects after you confirm cancellation

Our Right To Suspend Or Terminate Your Subscription We can, without notice, suspend or terminate any subscription at any time for any reason For example, we can suspend or terminate any subscription for the following: (a) late payment; (b) harassing/threatening/abusing/offending our employees or agents; (c) providing false or inaccurate information; (d) interfering with our operations; (e) using/suspicion of using the subscription in any manner restricted by or inconsistent with this Agreement; (f) breaching, failing to follow, or abusing this Agreement; (g) providing false, inaccurate, dated, or unverifiable identification or credit information or becoming insolvent or bankrupt; (h) failing to use our services for an extended period of time; (i) if we believe the action protects our interests, any customer's interests, or other related interests

Any such termination by Illustria will result in a pro-rated refund

Account and Membership Changes Any requests to change your subscription tier or agree to a contract will take effect at the start of your next monthly billing cycle If the changes take place sooner, your invoice may reflect pro-rated charges for your old and new services

If you are on a month-to-month subscription, you may elect to skip the next month and avoid subscription charges You can make this request by notifying us

If you wish to restart your subscription while you are in the middle of a skipped month, your monthly billing cycle dates will not change, and you will have fewer than 30 days to use your hours for the current month
