Gizlen Global

Gizlen Global is a founder-led consultancy that helps small leadership teams find out why a key piece of work keeps stalling. It works in northern NJ and NYC, and remotely nationwide.

What Gizlen Global offers

• Workflow bottleneck audit — a two-week review of one critical process, mapping people, tools, handoffs, delays and rework.
• 90-day plan — a ranked set of fixes with expected impact, risks and a clear go, revise or do-not-build decision.
• AI guidance — advice on where AI can help a process, where it may fail and what staff still need to check.
• Implementation and advisory — workflow redesign, AI rollout, operating playbooks and staff training.
• Brand, web and market activation — support for launching brands and websites.
• Speaking and team programmes — talks and sessions for teams.

Who it works with

The audit is aimed at founder-led and lean leadership teams whose owners keep being pulled back into routine approvals and exceptions. One client launch process went from four weeks to two.
