since 1986 Stacy has been a member of the Lubbock Ad Federation, Women in Communication and a founding board member of Lubbock Interfaith Hospitality Network Stacy has also been a very active board member of the Lubbock Regional Public Safety Memorial for over 5 years She is a member and board member of the Professional Women's Resource Group Stacy has donated her time and art to Women's Protective Services,  Lubbock Regional Public Safety Memorial, Susan G Komen, Lakeridge Methodist Women's Group and Family Guidance and Outreach of Lubbock

Stacy is married to Chris James and they have three daughters between them They are members of Aldersgate Methodist Church Stacy enjoys movies with her family, traveling, photography, refurbishing antiques, and being outside enjoying the West Texas weather and gorgeous "An artist is what I am It’s taken me a few years to get where I am at, but now I have arrived I love doing what I do, I love being who I am
