Design Journeys

Design Journeys is a small studio in Bend, Oregon, run by Dr Cynthia Lofts, who holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership and an MAT. It applies design thinking to three quite different kinds of client: businesses that need a visual identity, organisations reviewing their culture, and students choosing a college. Dr Lofts has spent nearly four decades building businesses and brands.

What Design Journeys offers

• Graphic and website design — logos and websites that give a business its visual identity.
• Organisational research and leadership — doctoral-level research that tests whether a group's culture matches the values it claims.
• College counselling — one-to-one guidance for students weighing up colleges, focused on fit rather than name recognition.

Who it works with

The studio serves small businesses, organisation leaders and college-bound students and their families.
