Coordea

Coordea is an outsourcing company that places remote staff with businesses, mainly in the Nordic market, where it has worked since 2009. Its teams sit in offices in the Balkans and work as an extension of each client's own office, a set-up the firm calls its Extended Office Model.

What Coordea offers

• Accounting support — accounts payable and receivable, billing and preparation of financial statements.
• IT staff — web, mobile and software development, database administration, and QA and testing.
• Marketing staff — digital and content marketing, SEO, email campaigns and online advertising.
• Sales support — inside sales, lead generation, prospecting and account work.
• Logistics and administration — import and export customs clearance and coordination of supply work.
• Graphic design — product and seasonal catalogues, magazines and corporate print material.

Who it works with

Clients are companies in the Nordic region, including Swedish businesses, that want to grow or run processes with a dedicated remote team rather than local hires.
