BearPlex

BearPlex is a software development and AI engineering company that builds long-lived systems for enterprises. It develops SaaS products, internal tools, enterprise platforms and production AI, and prefers deployments that keep client data inside the client's own infrastructure.

What BearPlex offers

• Autonomous agents — AI agents that plan tasks, act, check their own output and return completed work.
• Model engineering and RAG — tuning open-weight models on client data, and knowledge systems that give sourced answers with permissions applied.
• Enterprise platforms — multi-tenant platforms with many modules, plus interface design built on design systems.
• Data pipelines — pipelines with quality checks so reporting figures can be relied on.
• Integrated teams — embedded engineering groups that join a client's codebase long term.
• Application security — testing that proves exploits, validates findings and re-tests fixes.

Who it works with

BearPlex serves enterprises and public bodies; the customers it names include Barclays, Samsung, the Government of Australia and Aramco. Case studies cover an NDIS platform, an HR SaaS product and a knowledge agent for an agency.
