Skudo OÜ

Skudo OÜ develops hardware security for communication links. Its work is built on FPGA chips, where cryptographic functions run directly in hardware rather than in general-purpose software.

The company targets defence, drone and space uses, and says its encryption approach relies on a European-made custom chip.

What Skudo OÜ offers

• SERPE V4 — hardware protection for analogue FPV video links, with very low delay; the site says it carries a NATO stock number.
• Satellite communication module — encrypted command and telemetry for drones, vehicles and remote assets.
• HSM and FPGA IP — reusable cryptographic building blocks for other manufacturers.
• Post-quantum cryptography — FPGA implementations of ML-KEM and ML-DSA.
• Custom engineering — integration of secure links into UAV and radio platforms.

Who it works with

Defence, UAV and space system builders. The site cites several completed and ongoing contracts with the European Space Agency.
