5 The user's purchase and use of the services of the platform constitutes the cost of the product, which will be charged in accordance with the proportion agreed at the time of purchase , including but not limited by way of the user's payment, deduction from the profits, deduction from the balance, etc

3 If the information provided by the User is not legal, true, accurate or exhaustive, the User shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and the Platform reserves the right to terminate the User's use of the services

7 After the User has purchases the corresponding services in accordance with the operation process of the Platform, the User shall be deemed to have approved the relevant rules of this Agreement

II
Provision, modification and termination of the services

1 Upon termination of the services purchased and used by the User on the Platform, the corresponding rights enjoyed by the User shall immediately cease
In such case, the Platform shall not be obliged to transmit any unprocessed information or services to the User or any third party not directly related to the User, except for cashing out the unsettled profits to the User

2 If the User's use of the Platform's services hereunder is illegal or may be deemed illegal or disruptive to the market, including but not limited to money laundering, engaging in or supporting terrorist activities, threatening third parties, participating in actions which may be deemed to disturb the market, the Platform shall have the right to stop providing hashrate leasing services to such User

3 The Platform, after taking into account the actual development of business, has the right to adjust the scope of services, functions and fees of the Platform within the scope permitted by laws and regulations and is obliged to notify the users in a timely manner through the Platform and other websites under the Platform by issuing announcements or other ways

Notices about the purchase of hashrate leasing services

1 In order to protect the rights and interests of users and maintain the normal operation of the platform's hashrate products, users of the hashrate leasing service products should agree to all the terms of this Agreement and complete the purchase procedures in accordance with the corresponding prompts to become a user of the platform's hashrate services, enjoy the rights and interests and assume the relevant obligations

2 This Agreement is an exclusive agreement for the user to use the platform services, the user uses the platform hashrate leasing services, it means that he or she is willing to accept the rules agreed in the public information
If the user does not agree with the rules agreed in this Agreement, the user can terminate the use of the services

3 The profits generated by the user's leasing of hashrate services in the platform will be affected by factors beyond the control of the platform such as the network-wide hashrate, electricity costs, personnel costs, etc
Therefore, in order to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the services , the platform will update the profit hashrate of the user from time to time according to the changes which constitutes the core intellectual property of the platform and will not be disclosed to the user
If the user continues the hashrate leasing service , it means that the user accepts the latest hashrate of the platform

4 In view of the circumstances in Clause 3
3, after the Platform updates the profit algorithm and then publishes the latest hashrate leasing rules, the content of the hashrate leasing order will be updated, and if the User disagrees with the updated hashrate leasing order, the User shall negotiate with the Platform to determine a solution, and if no agreement can be reached, this agreement will be automatically terminated

5 After the user purchases the hashrate leasing service in accordance with this Agreement, the platform will generate the hashrate leasing service order according to the products and services selected by the user, and the user can log in the platform to view the purchased hashrate leasing service order and determine the detailed data of his purchased products according to the details of the hashrate leasing service order

6 The final conclusion of the agreement shall be vested in the platform
If the user has any difficulties in understanding the text, he/she may send an email to the platform's service email address (support@luckyhash
com) or consult through the designated official customer service channel

1 The "information" referred to in this Agreement refers to information that complies with laws, regulations and relevant provisions, and is within the following scope:

3 The User agrees and authorises the Platform to collect, use, provide or otherwise synchronise in a lawful manner personal information relating to the User and its affiliates for the purpose of providing services to the User, including but not limited to the following information

1 User identification information, including but not limited to name, document number, document type, place of residence, telephone number, account authentication information, email address, biometric and other identification information

2 logs of the user's operations when accessing the Platform, including but not limited to the user's computer IP address, device identifier, hardware model, operating system version, user location information, and other relevant log information

3 any data and information provided and formed by the User when applying for the Services, including transaction-related behavioural information, information filled in by individuals, emergency contacts and other contact information notified to the Platform and/or the Platform in the course of the Services
