Make My Contest

Make My Contest is software for running online photo, video and logo contests. It is aimed mainly at nonprofits that want to raise funds and increase engagement, and animal rescues are named on its site.

An organiser signs up, opens the admin area and creates a contest, then fills in pages such as home, rules and prizes.

What Make My Contest offers

• Contest pages — home, rules and prizes pages edited by the organiser.
• Voting options — organisers can give votes to new members and switch special vote bundles on and off.
• Calendar contests — a Star of the Day feature lets supporters sponsor dates in a pet calendar.
• Sharing — buttons for sharing contestants' photos.
• Setting checks — the operator can adjust a contest's settings if they differ from its published rules.
