United Robotics Group

United Robotics Group is a service robotics company based in Stuhr, Germany. It develops service robots for healthcare, laboratories, logistics and critical infrastructure. The group says its robots help ease workforce shortages and take routine tasks off staff so they can focus on other work. Its partnerships include joint development of robotic and AI-supported solutions for hospitals and laboratories with KERN, a Catholic institution group in the northern Ruhr region.

• uLab Mobile: a mobile lab robot in use at St. Barbara-Hospital in Gladbeck, the basis of joint work with KERN on hospital and laboratory solutions.
• Smart Serving Robot: a serving robot designed to optimise operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Commercial cleaning robots: automated floor cleaning that the site says produces consistent, documented results.
• Inspection and maintenance robots: inspection from a docking station, mobile inspection, maintenance tasks and precise repairs.
• uMe: a humanoid prototype shown with first core functions and application scenarios at CES 2026.

Training and events

The company is opening a robotics training and development centre in Gelsenkirchen, in 400 square metres of a former intensive care unit. The site describes care homes as a use case, where robots take over transport and routine tasks so staff can spend more time with residents. The company also says it takes part in CES 2026 in Las Vegas and the World Health Expo.
