Roof Wizard

Roof Wizard is roofing and cladding software made by AppliCad. It builds a three-dimensional model of a roof and walls, then uses it for material takeoff, quotations and fabrication.

Main features

• Measurement input: works from PDF plans, site measurements or a scaled aerial image of the roof.
• 3D modelling: creates the roof from pitch and eave height, with options for dormers and split gables.
• Material application: covers tiles, panels, cladding, flashings, battens and purlins, down to clips and screws, plus fall protection and insulation.
• Automatic reports: produces Word and Excel documents such as supplier order forms, builder quotes and installer diagrams.
• Rollformer export: sends a cutting list as a CSV file for the rollformer controller.
• Waste control: adjustable allowances and block cutting reuse offcuts.
