As the digital heart of the FUNKE MEDIENGRUPPE, FUNKE Digital has lived the Berlin startup flair since it was founded in March 2014 and is driving the further development of the publishing industry. We modernize existing offers and create new products. Born as a digital native, we see ourselves as a pioneer who provides advice and support to the media group's locations: product conception, agency business, data analytics, sales, and software development - we have everything from a single source. The FUNKE Group's digital business is based on two pillars: on the one hand, the consistent transfer of the core business into the digital world and, on the other hand, the establishment of new business areas.

FUNKE is one of the largest players on the market in the regional media and women's and program magazine segments. The portfolio includes the daily newspapers Berliner Morgenpost, Hamburger Abendblatt, and Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung. Strong brands such as BILD der FRAU, Frau im Spiegel, HÖRZU, TVdirekt, and LandIDEE are among the best-known titles in the magazine sector. More than 6,000 employees in the Group drive the twelve regional newspapers and around 40 magazines daily.
