Acrotec

Acrotec is a managed IT services provider founded in 2007 on Sydney's Northern Beaches. It takes over day-to-day technology support for small and medium businesses, replacing the call-when-it-breaks model with ongoing monitoring. It has support staff in the major Australian cities.

What Acrotec offers

• Managed IT support — help desk and technical support with round-the-clock remote monitoring to catch faults early.
• Cloud and hosting — hybrid infrastructure, hosting and cloud services.
• Networking and security — network engineering and cyber security work by in-house specialists.
• Unified communications — business phone and collaboration platforms, including chat tools for Office 365 users.
• Procurement — sourcing hardware and software for clients.
• IT audits — reviews of a business's systems to find savings and weak spots.

Who it works with

Its clients are mainly small and medium businesses in Sydney, though it also supports startups and larger organisations elsewhere in Australia.
