Trade Receivable Discounted PICS

KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited (KCL) would purchase trade receivables (ABS), in the form of invoices, mortgage/loan pools etc , from a number of companies with the intention of securitizing the said ABS into PICs The ABS is legally transferred to a Trust This means that the Trust is the legal holder of the ABS The Trust then issues certificates (PICs) backed by the ABS owned by the Trust

Project Finance Notes – Short Terms Notes

KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited (KCL) would fund working capital for projects by structuring and purchasing Project Notes (PNS), which is supported by the assignment of future cashflows from the projects upon performance of the underlying works, from a number of companies with the intention of securitizing the said PNS into PICs The PNS is legally transferred to a Trust This means that the Trust is the legal holder of the PNS The Trust then issues certificates (PICs) backed by the PNS owned by the Trust
