Any "Applicant" must INDEPENDENTLY  obtain their state specific compliance documents, certification, background check and agent card for each state they wish to be legally qualified to work in, for the cannabis industry HIGHLITE STAFFING DOES NOT MANAGE THIS PROCESS and DOES NOT charge the Applicant any fees for this process Highlite Staffing does require that you complete this process  and obtain your agent card from the State  before we can legally employ Applicant and place on assignment at a licensed cannabis facility NO FEES for employment are EVER paid to Highlite Staffing
