Gatekeeper

Gatekeeper is a cloud software platform for managing vendors and contracts in a single system. It is built for in-house legal, procurement and compliance teams that want one record for each supplier instead of scattered spreadsheets and inboxes. The platform runs on any device and adds AI agents to the work.

What Gatekeeper offers

• Vendor risk and compliance — tracks supplier exposure, obligations and evidence, with an audit trail.
• Contract lifecycle management — covers contracting from due diligence through to renewal.
• Vendor performance management — follows how suppliers perform against what was agreed.
• AI agents — run due diligence, chase evidence and review contracts using the unified vendor record.
• Integrations — two-way sync of vendor records, contracts and spend with existing systems.

Who it works with

Legal and general counsel teams, procurement groups and lean teams that carry large vendor responsibilities.
