Correct-Consult

Correct-Consult is a human resources and consulting agency founded around twenty-five years ago. It began focused on staff selection for sales roles across commercial companies, drawing on thousands of interviews conducted with sales staff at all levels, and later expanded into staff leasing with associated administrative work, headhunting, career consulting, staff audits, role analysis and specialised training. The agency also added external business consulting, tailoring a plan for each client, and part of its consultant team became certified in DISC profiling in 2018 for use in workplace relationship building. In 2020 it launched an online platform offering a sales training course delivered across nine modules with around one hundred and two video topics, alongside its in-person training. In recent years the agency has focused mainly on sales training.
