Aquarius Professional Staffing

Aquarius Professional Staffing is a full-service staffing agency based in Cincinnati, Ohio, founded by John Carroll in 2006. It specialises in staffing solutions for Fortune 1000 companies as well as mid-range businesses, placing candidates in full-time and contract positions across technical, skilled trade, professional and healthcare industries. The agency says it believes its success depends on the strength of its relationships with both clients and candidates, and that its goal is to make each side feel part of the same team. Community involvement is described as an important part of the company's culture: staff take part in groups such as Matthews 25 Ministries and the Dragonfly Foundation, tutor at Stewart Elementary School, and join charity events including a five-kilometre run supporting cystic fibrosis research and another supporting a children's hospital.
