Swiss sovereign-cloud provider Infomaniak lists on SIX Swiss Exchange

1 October 2026 — Infomaniak, a Geneva company that provides cloud hosting, e-mail and online collaboration tools, began trading on SIX Swiss Exchange on 1 October 2026 under the ticker INFO. According to SIX, the listing came through a reverse takeover of Perrot Duval Holding SA, and at the opening price of CHF 56 per share the listed B shares were valued at about CHF 262 million.

Not yet independently verified. The listing and opening price come from the exchange's own release. The second-day price and plans for expansion come from press coverage; we did not read Infomaniak's own listing documents. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

What was announced

SIX describes Infomaniak as a Swiss sovereign cloud and digital collaboration provider with more than thirty years of growth, and says the listing gives it access to public capital markets for its next phase of development. Startupticker reports that the shares rose strongly on the second day of trading, that Infomaniak is the first pure-play sovereign cloud provider on SIX, and that the company plans more data-centre capacity in Switzerland, deeper AI integration and expansion in Europe. Press reports also say the Infomaniak foundation keeps a majority of the voting rights.

Who is affected

Businesses and public bodies in Switzerland and Europe that use or are considering Infomaniak for hosting, e-mail, file storage or collaboration as an alternative to US hyperscalers, and buyers comparing European sovereign-cloud options.

What to check

  1. Existing customers: listing brings more disclosure, including annual reports, which helps due diligence; review whether any terms, prices or product roadmaps change.
  2. Prospective customers: a listed provider publishes financial results, so check its financial stability as part of vendor selection.
  3. Confirm where your data would be hosted and under which jurisdiction, which is the main reason buyers choose sovereign providers.
  4. Ask how the expansion in Europe will affect data location options and support.

Why it matters for buyers

Demand for European and Swiss cloud alternatives has grown with concerns about data sovereignty and foreign access to data. A public listing gives one such provider capital to expand and gives buyers more visibility of its finances, both relevant when trusting a smaller provider with core systems.
