Center for Equity and Inclusion (CEI) is a specialized consulting agency focused on advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts within organizations, education systems and communities It was born out of the increasing racial and economic disparities experienced in our communities, the perceived lack of a systemic approach to addressing these disparities, and a growing idea about a holistic solution

At Center for Equity and Inclusion, our methodologies drive transformational change Founded in 2015, we’ve helped more than 100 organizations (non-profits, foundations, civic, education and private sector) re-envision and implement long-term organizational change through training, system design and leadership development
