Benzne

Benzne is a consulting firm made up of practising Agile coaches who help organisations adopt Agile and DevOps ways of working. It sells time-bound transformation programmes that cover culture, process and tools, with hands-on implementation rather than framework theory. The name nods to the benzene ring, a picture of something that changes yet stays stable.

What Benzne offers

• Agile transformation — outcome-focused programmes that are not tied to one framework.
• DevOps implementation — practical help putting DevOps processes and tooling in place.
• Team mentoring — coaching Agile teams inside client organisations.
• Training — building individual skills in Agile methods and DevOps.
• Turnkey consulting — Agile consulting delivered end to end across several capabilities.
• Resources — a handbook and articles on topics such as Scrum sprint planning.
