IIH Nordic developed a machine learning model that could predict user behaviour and divide users into segments Combined with subscription status, these segments are used to create audiences for display and search campaigns in Google Ads

IIH Nordic developed customer segments using unsupervised clustering on Life Extension Europe's CRM data and created pipelines to send segment-specific email and Google Ads campaigns This led, among other things, to a 20% increase in turnover and a 62% increase in transactions

To better understand and support Lyreco in their mission, IIH Nordic kicked off the collaboration with a Data Strategy Workshop to define vital areas of work The project was lifted and managed by Google Cloud Platform, where data was cleansed and transformed over a period of time This formed the basis for the entire customer journey and other points of interest which were improved and thus helped to increase customer retention, cross-selling, and sales across areas/products at Lyreco
