Verirun

Not yet independently verified. The date rests on the maker's Show HN post; the npm registry shows @verirun/cli was first published on 5 September 2026 (version 0.1.0), so it was installable before then. No company, terms or privacy policy is published, and the site sits on a subdomain of another product's domain (duely.in) without saying how the two are connected. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Verirun is a command-line testing tool for developers, including those using AI coding agents, who want to check that a user flow still works end to end. You install it from npm as @verirun/cli, which also downloads Playwright's Chromium, then record a flow by clicking through it in a real browser; the steps are saved as JSON under .verirun/workflows in your repository, using Playwright's test-id and role selectors. The run command replays those exact steps headless, exits with a pass or fail, then fetches the logs your backend produced during that time window from Vercel, Supabase or Railway and writes them to a logs.json file. A separate map command parses a React or TypeScript codebase, using react-router routes or a Next.js app directory, into a static graph of pages, elements and backend calls. It can install a skill file so a Claude Code agent uses it. Everything runs on your own machine and there is no hosted test service, but record, run and map need an account: the CLI checks a signed licence lease online roughly every three days, stops after 30 days offline, and sends a hashed machine fingerprint to count seats. Pricing, per machine seat: Solo, 1 seat, $9 a month or $89 a year; Crew, 5 seats, $39 or $389; Fleet, 25 seats, $149 or $1,489, after a 7-day trial with no card. The npm package is marked UNLICENSED (proprietary). The site sits on a subdomain of duely.in, which also hosts Duely, an invoice-collection product, and publishes no terms, privacy policy or company name.
