TODAY builds an AI platform for financial and insurance advisers. Its aim is to cut the administrative work that surrounds advice, so advisers spend more of their time with clients. The site says an hour of advice can bring up to three hours of admin, and that the product removes about half an hour per conversation.

The platform listens to a conversation in the background, whether it takes place in person, on a video call or over VoIP, and produces documentation written to meet the Insurance Distribution Directive. It extracts client data points from the conversation, averaging more than 30 per meeting according to the company, and updates the adviser's CRM or broker system. Connections named include Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, die Ameise and ProfessionalWorks, with Make for automation, plus calendar and meeting tools such as Outlook, Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

Beyond documentation, TODAY scores each meeting on areas such as opening, objection handling and cross-selling and suggests wording. Configurable AI clients let advisers practise objections at any hour, and TODAY Voice is an AI telephony agent that takes calls, books appointments and pre-qualifies enquiries. The company states compliance with GDPR, the EU AI Act and the IDD.

It serves tied agencies, multi-level sales organisations, brokerages and banks, from single advisers to organisations with hundreds. The site reports more than 3,500 advisers, a four-week free trial and a 2.8 million euro seed round co-led by HTGF and Insurtech Gateway. Prices are not published and no address appears on the page read.
