DS Solution Vietnam

Engineers in Vietnam and Japan form the delivery team behind DS Solution Vietnam, an IT outsourcing company whose agile development work runs from Atlassian plugins to cloud platforms and AI. The firm describes itself as a group of Vietnamese engineers providing one-stop services from system construction to operation, drawing on resources in both countries.

Atlassian plugins and add-ons

The company builds bespoke extensions for Atlassian products such as Jira, each shaped to a client's requirements. One example is a Jira app that helps users plan tasks with the story mapping method.

Salesforce and Monday.com apps connected to Jira

Development and configuration cover Salesforce and Monday.com, integrated with Jira where needed. A Salesforce app lets users view, group, categorise and edit the data held in their objects. A Monday.com application helps product managers and development teams outline a new product or new features through story mapping.

Cloud platforms on Google Cloud and AWS

Consulting, configuration and application development on Google Cloud and AWS are offered, from migration to on-premises and multi-cloud set-ups. The company says it was certified as a partner by a major global cloud provider within a year of its founding, and that it also holds Atlassian partner certification.

IoT, data and AI work

Custom IoT applications for web and mobile, data management and analytics, and web and mobile applications are part of the portfolio. The firm integrates generative AI tools and builds AI models for clients who want them.

Support around the clock and no lock-in

The company provides professional support 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and says customers are not locked in to any one vendor. It can customise and extend the products it works with, integrate them with existing systems, and host them as SaaS, on-premises or as a managed service.
