ArtBinder

ArtBinder is an art inventory and sales system that runs in the cloud and on mobile devices. Gallery Systems presents it for galleries, artists and private collectors who want their records to follow them from place to place.

The platform syncs artwork data across devices, so a record updated on a phone appears on a desktop too. It has been available since 2010 according to the vendor, and it is used in many countries.

What ArtBinder offers

• Shows and lists — builds customisable lists and virtual viewing rooms to share with clients by email or messaging apps.
• Sales tools — creates invoices, consignment and loan forms, tracks financials with currency conversion and accepts card payments.
