The launch date rests on the makers’ own Product Hunt post of 25 September 2026; the product site carries no dated announcement, and the linked terms are Shape Platforms’ general terms of 28 August 2026, which describe the platform as experimental. Donna is a meeting-scheduling tool from Shape Platforms, Inc., a Delaware-law company with a San Francisco address, launched by its makers on Product Hunt on 25 September 2026. Where an ordinary booking link treats every meeting on its own, Donna gives each person a link that remembers the history with them and books a sequence: in a hiring loop the later interview rounds open only once the recruiter call is done; a client’s review meeting can be held a set number of hours or days after the kick-off; a link for an important contact can override a full calendar by moving other meetings; and when someone cancels, the freed slot can be offered to people booked later, all at once or one at a time. It also routes bookings to the right team member and, for group meetings, collects attendees’ availability first and gives required attendees priority. The site names recruiting, client onboarding, employee onboarding and freelance work as its uses. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Salesforce and HubSpot. Pricing on its own page is one plan at $6 per user per month, with unlimited event types, several calendars, team scheduling, automations, a custom domain and integrations, after a three-day free trial. It is listed as “Donna by Shape”, the form its own footer uses, because many unrelated products are called Donna.
